Dr. Pete received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in the Greater Kansas City Area in 2010. He received his undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO in 2007.
Dr. Pete specializes in both treating overuse and athletic injuries (tendinitis, shoulder pain, hip pain, etc.) and in using Functional Medicine to help people improve abnormal blood work results and help improve the symptoms of a large variety of medical conditions. Dr. Justin decided to become a chiropractor after suffering many shoulder injuries, in college, while playing baseball for Northwest Missouri State Bearcats. He continued his education at Cleveland University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010. While attending Cleveland, Dr. Justin studied under the Motion Palpation Institute and began taking seminars on sports medicine, rehab, and manual therapy. Since opening the clinic, in 2011, Dr Justin has been licensed and /or certified in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and other manual therapy or rehab techniques.
Dr. Lauren Hall graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health with a pre-med focus. She chose to further her education at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY because of chiropractic’s focus on patient-centered conservative healthcare and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic in the spring of 2016. She joined the team at KC North Spine & Joint Center in May 2017 after practicing in downtown KC for a year. She specializes in Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Pelvic Pain.
As the only practicing BIRTHFIT Professional in the KC metro, Dr. Lauren empowers women through fitness, nutrition, connection, and mindset as they move through the motherhood transition and beyond.
Dr. Jordan graduated from Wichita State University with a Degree in Exercise Science. While at Wichita State he interned in the Strength and Conditioning department working with the Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, and Softball teams. Dr. Jordan then worked at the Wichita South YMCA as a personal Trainer for 4 years. While working at the South YMCA he specialized in bootcamps, as well as individualized training programs. Dr. Jordan then moved to the KC metro area with his wife and son to attend Cleveland Chiropractic school. He graduated in 2018.
Dr. Kyle Hedlund graduated with honors and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University-Kansas City in April of 2019. While attending Cleveland, Kyle participated in numerous clubs including Motion Palpation, Research, Sports Council, and Christian Chiropractic. In addition, he spent many free weekends accumulating over 500 hours of continuing education and training.
Kyle is from Hays, Kansas. He graduated from Hays High School where he played football and golf and participated in music. Following high school, Kyle attended Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science in 2015.
Along with treating at the office, Dr. Pete performs health lectures and injury-prevention clinics in the community.
When not treating patients or being a business owner, Dr. Pete enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and his three little daughters, keeping up with his house, watching movies at home and at the theater, attending Restore Community Church, and keeping up with the local pro sports teams. He also enjoys playing golf, running in local running races, and drinking coffee.

When he is not treating in the clinic, Dr Justin, serves as an adjunct faculty member for Cleveland University teaching tomorrows chiropractors. He also travels for NCMIC and other continuing education organizations instructing seminars on Sports Medicine, Jaw Pain, and many muscle and joint pain syndromes.
Dr. Justin is married to Dr. Chandra Arne-Hildebrand and they enjoy traveling, participating in their church activities, and a good yoga class.

She is Webster Technique certified and encourages activity throughout pregnancy. With her extensive training in prenatal & postpartum rehabilitation, she uses the latest research to develop individualized treatment plans for her patients that include myofascial release, chiropractic adjusting, cranial techniques, rehabilitative exercises, and developmental kinesiology. On top of her regular office hours, Dr. Lauren goes on-site to corporations as an Elite Provider through Active Release Techniques to provide treatment to employees for their overuse aches and pains, limiting workers’ compensation claims.

While studying at Cleveland University, Dr. Jordan attend seminars through the Motion Palpation Institute, treating cervical and lumbar disc problem, and completed specialty programs on Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Dr. Jordan brings his skills he learned as a personal trainer and applies it by helping his patients reach their goals. He helps his patients to develop a movement practice, so they can stay out of pain.

Chiropractic is a common thread in Kyle’s family, as he has three uncles and numerous cousins who currently practice throughout the Midwest.
Kyle is an avid golfer and loves to spend time in coffee shops with his friends and family. He is excited about living and working in Kansas City and being a part of the KC North Spine and Joint team!

Taylor was born and raised in a small town called Denver, IA. In high school she played volleyball, basketball, soccer, and ran track. Upon graduation, she moved to Kansas City to play Division 1 volleyball at the University of Missouri Kansas City where she graduated with her BA in Psychology in 2016. Her husband, Eric, is a football coach and teacher at Parkhill High School. They recently welcomed their first son, Cal. She enjoys going for long walks, hiking, camping, working out, baking cookies, drinking coffee, and watching football.
Lydia Florence is from Joplin, MO, and recently moved to Kansas City. She and her husband Tristan are both graduates of Ozark Christian College, and they also work part-time at Restore Community Church. Lydia has a vivacious personality and loves to be with people. She enjoys baking all kinds of treats, reading a good book, singing loudly in her car, expanding her vocabulary, being active outside, playing games, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is passionate about helping people know their inherent worth and purpose, and tries to lives life finding great joy in all of the little things around her.
Lauren was born in Santa Barbra, California and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She is a wife and mom to two beautiful children. She is currently pursuing her degree in Health Sciences at UMKC with a career goal of being a chiropractor. Working at KC North Spine and Joint Center has made her more excited for the future and expanded her knowledge in patient care. She enjoys spending time with her family, BodyPump, tubing at the lake, and reading.
